Armor sets
If you’re playing Dying Light The Beast, you’ll definitely want to loot a cool armor set. Currently, there are only nine, not including those available in the DLC. We’ll show you where to find the 54 pieces needed to complete the set. Sit back and choose the one that best suits your playstyle.
Marochnik – a balance of protection and production

If you want to not only survive but also loot more resources, the “Markman” is your choice. It offers average protection, but a bonus to loot when searching.
Where to look
- The Helmet is a dark area of the Nate Market supermarket north of Town Hall.
- Pants is a cosmetics store next to the Town Hall.
- Boots – Rest Island, the dark area of the Taurus megamarket.
- Bracers – “Nate Market” behind the bridge in the Industrial Zone (building with the “Taxi” sign, there’s a legendary on the roof).
- Rubashka is a cosmetics store in Golden Pines (Vills district).
- Gloves – Farm region, “Nate Market” above the “Farm Tower” shelter.
Heavy set – maximum armor

Complete protection without any unnecessary bonuses. Each piece provides +51 defense; collect them all and you’ll become a walking tank.
Where to look
- The bib is a dark area of apartments on Station Square (Old Town).
- Pants – apartments on the Square near the Library, above the safe zone “Library Tower”.
- Maska – apartments on Gallery Square, below the Town Hall.
- Boots – warehouse in the Industrial Park (below the Factory relay).
- Gloves – Factory offices, to the right on the map.
- Bracers – dark area of the School (Vills area).
Strongman – for two-handed weapons

If you like heavy blows, the “Strongman” set will increase your damage to the maximum.
Characteristics
- +1.5% resistance to infected for each part (total +9%).
- +3% to two-handed weapon damage (total +18%).
- +3% to power attacks (total +18%).
Where to look
- The Cap is a side quest from “Trouble in Paradise”.
- Pants – quest “Good Vibrations” from Tom (Town Hall).
- Bracers are the reward for the hydraulic puzzle.
- Boots – mission “Killing Spree” from Doug (Town Hall).
Explorer – Accelerated Leveling

It’s not about armor, but about experience. Each piece provides +2% XP, with the full set providing +12%. Perfect for leveling up.
Where to look
Simply buy all the parts from Dag in the Town Hall using Old World currency. But remember, defense is minimal, so be careful in Castor Forest.
Parkourer – Damage and Stamina

Characteristics
- +7% parkour attack damage per unit (total +42%).
- +4% damage with thrown weapons (total +24%).
- -3% stamina cost for melee combat (-18% total).
Where to look
All parts are sold by a merchant in the Cave of Exiles (north of Castor Forest). Works great with the legendary Chupaga tomahawk.
Survivor – Ideal for the most flamboyant threats

It’s already clear that this set will be ideal for the protagonist’s treks into the most terrifying places, including Castor Forest, where a wide variety of dangers await. Notably, you’ll burn less stamina using melee combat.
Where to look
To obtain this set, you’ll have to work hard. The main character will have to complete most of the story missions before the armor will appear in your inventory.
Soldier is a classic for exploration enthusiasts.

What’s interesting is that you might not get this armor set. The key is to complete all story missions and not miss a single detail. We’ll tell you which locations you’ll need to visit to obtain the set.
Where to look
- Boots – can be obtained after completing the mission Killing Streak: Volume One from the merchant Dag.
- Bracers – located in the same location (during the mission, pay attention to the bench near the abandoned motorcade).
- Gloves – can be looted during Killing Streak: Volume Two (located on a bench near the church).
- Helmet – Located on the dining table in the building you find during the mission Killing Streak: Volume Four.
- Pants – Obtain these by completing the Killing Streak: Final Chapter mission. They’re located in a locked room where the bandit leader will set off an alarm during the mission.
- Chestplate – awarded for completing the full “Murder Series” quest line.
