Missing Banban is a dynamic side-scroller starring a lark named Toadster. The main goal is to find a missing friend named Banban. The peculiarity of the game is its high difficulty: it requires a quick reaction and precise calculation of movements. During the passage, you will encounter over a hundred unique tests, each of which involves solving special tasks. For example, jumping on platforms with traps, fights with opponents, timed puzzles. The level design is varied: the action takes place in various biomes, from forests to the ruins of ancient cities.
The relics you collect are important. Some of them open up additional abilities or improve the hero’s stats, such as increasing movement speed or allowing you to stay in the air longer. Other relics serve to uncover the plot. Each item you find contains a fragment of the story of Banban’s disappearance or explains why the locals have gone wild. And the further you go, the more useful content and loot you can find.
Interaction with characters is based on dialogues with a choice of lines. Most of them are former residents who fell under the influence of a mysterious curse. It is not always necessary to destroy them. You can try to remove the curse to radically change the ending. As for the plot, it touches on the theme of fighting evil that came from outside. You will confront a variety of opponents and receive goodies for victory.
