Gameplay
According to the plot of SKYHILL, a nuclear disaster has turned humanity into mutants. You are lucky to find yourself in a VIP hotel room on the top floor, protected from radiation. But food supplies are running out, and you have a choice: slowly die of hunger or risk going down through dangerous floors. Your goal is to get from the top floor to the first, exploring the rooms and corridors of the hotel. Each move increases hunger, so you must constantly search for food in the rooms.
The elevator only works between floors you’ve already visited, so you’ll have to go down on foot first, opening up new levels for quick travel. Mutants await you in the rooms. Use the weapons you find to defend yourself, starting with a regular knife. The combat system allows you to strike different parts of your opponents’ bodies:
- Head – maximum damage, but lower chance of hitting.
- Torso – average damage with good accuracy.
- Limbs – low damage, but high hit chance.
