Initially, Five Nights in Anime 1 may seem like just as scary a game as the original. The main character still ends up in a pizzeria where robotic dolls roam at night. However, the visual presentation of the animatronics has been changed significantly – instead of frightening monsters, the player will be threatened by naked female characters in costumes. With the help of available tools and devices, the hero must protect his life and complete all levels successfully.
Game process
The mechanics of Five Nights with Anime are practically no different from the original horror games in the FNAF series. The player finds himself in the role of a security guard, whose task is to hold out from 12 at night until 6 in the morning. At the same time, active doll girls are wandering around the building, persistently trying to get to the hero. In order to survive from these anime characters in animal suits, the user needs to pay close attention and close the doors and ventilation in a timely manner.
The first part of the game Five Nights in Anime now has changes not only in the plot, but also in the appearance of the pizzeria itself. On the walls of the building there are bright posters depicting charming doll girls. In free moments between attacks, the player can look at these posters and discover many interesting details. The developers conveyed the images of the three main characters of the FNAF universe – Freddy the bear, Chick the chicken, Bonnie the bunny and Foxy the fox. However, the posters also contain regular pictures drawn in an anime style, but not directly related to the game itself.
The story of Five Nights in Anime spans five levels, without additional locations or secret missions. The nights increase in complexity and differ in the way the main characters move and the amount of electricity. Access to the levels opens sequentially, so if the player is interested in the plot of the debut part, he can continue the game by installing the sequel on his phone.

The essence is clear and familiar from the first minutes
In FNIA 1, as in the original version, the player is given the opportunity to monitor the movement of animatronics through cameras. Cameras are located in all rooms of the pizzeria and allow you to determine the location of each of the girls. If the animatronic is near a closed door, its location can be detected by turning on the light.
Limited resources
When running out of electricity, the player can prepare to complete the level. When anime dolls enter a security guard’s office, they immediately attack the player.
More gentle gameplay
To make the game even more exciting, the developers of the adapted version decided to replace the usual moments of fear “screamers” with piquant and unusual videos, and replaced the frightening screams with pleasant squeals.
