Lies Of P was inspired by the famous story of Pinocchio, but features a more violent and darker version of the tale. In order to become human, it is not enough just to show kindness and love, because within each of us there are also bloodthirsty traits. In this world, everyone is ready to fight for power or a place in the sun, without thinking about the means. The main character is forced to build his life on the basis of lies, and he has to be careful not to be discovered.
Game process
When the main character came to his senses, he found himself at the Krat train station. The city was in the grip of the madness of the 19th century. Almost the entire population died. A bloody struggle began for the opportunity to become the new leader of the people. Since there is no head and order, people engage in theft, violence and arson for fun. Our main character finds himself in the very center of this chaos. Suddenly he finds a note next to him, which states that he needs to find a certain Mr. Geppeto. The note did not indicate his location or description of his appearance, which means our hero has a long way to go to figure out where he should go.
Perhaps this is the person who will be able to answer all the questions of our puppet hero. Ice of Pi, being a completely mechanical creature, can replace parts of his body with useful gadgets and weapons. However, the more he modernizes himself, the more difficult it is for him to lie about his humanity. Depending on the decisions made and actions taken, random tasks appear that affect the main ending of the story.
