Game process
The game “Five Nights with Anime” is a variation on the theme of the popular horror series “Five Nights at Freddy’s”. As in the original game, the player takes on the role of a night watchman. He must cope with the attack of the animatronics. But the main difference between Five Nights with Anime is that the mechanical dolls in the game are presented in the form of attractive girls. The action takes place not in a pizzeria, as in the original, but in another place where various parties are held.
The player is given the opportunity to perform familiar game actions throughout the game. Monitoring monitors, using cameras and controlling doors. Even if the appearance of the animatronics changes, they still remain dangerous and are capable of delivering a fatal blow to the main character. You need to skillfully monitor the actions of the dolls on the screen, block access to rooms and shine a flashlight in dangerous places. Much attention is also paid to the cost of electricity, which is gradually decreasing when using various technical means.
The parody of the FNAF game combines elements from different parts. From the first part of FNIA 1, gameplay, characters and their interaction with the main character were added. A system of doors and energy also appeared. The second part introduced the appearance of the dolls into the parody, and the third introduced the ventilation shafts. In addition, additional locations appeared in the parody. For example, Mangle Cove, the performance stage and the main hall, which were not in the original series of games. The plot remains the same. The player must go through 5 consecutive nights, being in the office from midnight to 6 am and survive after meeting the animatronics.

Modification of classic animatronics
Five Nights in Anime differs from the original FNAF game in that the animatronics are presented as anthropomorphic anime girls. There are seven characters in the game. Each of them has its own activity and behavioral characteristics. The visual appearance of the dolls has been significantly changed. So they look more like Japanese anime characters in costumes. Each night presents a new level of difficulty. As the player progresses through the game, new characters appear and their activity increases.
Increasing difficulty
For five nights, Freddy, Bonnie and Chica are active in the game. From the second night Foxy joins them, and from the third – Mangle. On the fourth night, Golden Freddy appears, and on the fifth, Spring Bonnie appears. Each animatronic moves along predefined routes. Therefore, the player has the opportunity to develop his own tactics to complete the levels.
Perfect soundtrack
When a hero meets an animatronic in the game, special screamers arise, individual for each animatronic. In their parody, the developers updated the soundtrack. The mechanical sounds of the animatronics have been replaced with pleasant voices, and the jump scare scenes are now animated and feature detailed scenes featuring anime heroines.
